Carboxy Therapy

How does it work?

Carboxy therapy works in two complimentary ways:

The carbon dioxide mechanically kills fat cells, and the CO2 causes dilation of blood vessels in the injection area. By creating wider vessels the blood flow to the area becomes bigger and stronger which in turn produces more oxygen. This then eliminates the built up fluid from between the cells. The end result is fewer fat cells and firmer subcutaneous tissue.

Treatment can take from between 15 and 20 sessions to eliminate cellulite, typically scheduled every other day, although sometimes two or even one session per week will be enough. This will depend on the extent of your cellulite. Each session lasts 10-15 minutes.

After the 5th session you will see that your skin looks noticeably healthier. After 8-10 sessions, your subcutaneous tissue will be firmer. Before the treatment program ends you will have firmer, cellulite free skin.

On average the results of Carboxy therapy last 5-6 months, but your individual results will depend entirely on you. If you follow a healthy diet with the right nutritional balance and exercise regularly, the effects could be visible for years.

Typically a total of 3 - 5 sessions are needed for maximum and permanent results.
